Good morning. Today, to boost my energy, I incorporated some simple stretching exercises into my routine. On my way to school, I encountered an array of blooming flowers that made me happy. Battling a slight slump in my physical condition since yesterday, I eagerly anticipated having warm Korean food for lunch. Accompanied by my labmate, we ventured to the Korean restaurant called Cafe Mukbang. The name brings back memories of enjoying Mukbang videos on YouTube lol.

Unintentionally, I ordered so many dishes, including a side of rice, but the anticipation for Korean delicacies made the wait enjoyable. The chicken bulgogi rice was delicious, and the miso soup provided a comforting warmth which was truly satisfying! Lost in the flavors, I was so engrossed that I accidentally broke my spoon. What a wild Korean girl lol. Following lunch, I decided to stop by the boba tea place located right next to the building, which also sells acai bowls. For my first try of the acai bowl, I ordered the original flavor without realizing how big it would be. Storing the acai bowl in the freezer and the extra rice in the refrigerator, I continued with my day.

After dedicating myself to experiments, I enjoyed an acai bowl for dinner upon returning home. It wasn't the best idea to put the acai bowl in the freezer, as it turned out more like ice than a smoothie. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed it! I received delightful mail from Korea informing me of a scholarship award for a paper I had published. With a sense of accomplishment and gratitude, I wrapped up the evening with a brief exercise session.
