Happy Saturday! I enjoyed a fulfilling lunch with a homemade sandwich while reading a book. Afterwards, I followed an exercise routine from YouTube videos. Sporting my USC hoodie, I headed to a dinner appointment with my labmates. On my way, it appeared there was a festival celebrating Lunar New Year at Exposition Park.

Upon meeting my friends, we took a metro. It was my first time to ride the metro in LA! Contrary to what I had heard, it felt safe and convenient. I think I can explore LA more using the metro! Koreatown was fancy with an array of stores and crowds of people eagerly waiting for dinner. Every famous restaurant had lengthy queues. Since we aimed to have a dinner at Korean BBQ restaurant, Bulgogi Hut, we waited a lot despite of starving.

As the only Korean in our group, I felt responsibility on selection of meats. While I wished I could boost my grilling skills, I must admit I’m better at just eating the meat kiki.. Upon returning home, I dedicated a little time to reading a book.
