#Nari_in_LA #Day20 #240221
The sky cleared after a morning of meditation, stretches, and breakfast. Today, I chose the route to school that I had never explored before. Along the way, I was captivated by a tree with pink blossoms, a gentle reminder that spring is on its way. Additionally, the LA swimming stadium building stood out as the magnificent and authentic structure! I couldn’t resist taking some photos.
After work, following my labmate’s suggestion, we took the metro and headed to a burrito place. Thanks to his treat, I enjoyed a satisfying burrito accompanied by a drink reminiscent of the Korean traditional beverage called Sikhye. The burrito was so gigantic that we had to wrap up our leftovers and decided to take a stroll through Ralph to help digest our meal. 🫢 As expected, there were so many different types of apples, and they were all displayed so beautifully. We spent quite some time here, browsing through the groceries.
Upon returning home, there was a delivery from Amazon waiting for me. It was pepper spray for self-protection. While I feel like I’m overreacting, I’ve been prioritizing my safety as much as possible. I found myself missing Korea, where I could go around at night with few worries. To ensure a restful sleep, I used aroma oil since I’ve been struggling to sleep well lately.
