Day 7: Fulfilling presentation

Another sunny day! I kicked off my morning with a grilled chicken salad for breakfast. Then, I dedicated some time to preparing for my presentation and safety training. At lunch, I tried overnight oat for the first time, but it didn't quite suit my taste, which ended up being a funny experience😂

Ready to adventure outside, I took a different route to school, enjoying the novelty of exploring the city as a newcomer.

My presentation was particularly meaningful as I received numerous helpful comments and feedback. Despite feeling immense pressure and stress during the preparation, I felt satisfied with the outcome.

Unexpectedly, the weather in LA was so cold, prompting me to seek shelter indoors while waiting for my Lyft. It's convenient to have USC's student service offering free Lyft rides, but it's also a reminder of safety concerns in the surrounding area.

Thanks to my housemate, I indulged in a delicious shrimp pasta for dinner, leaving some leftovers for tomorrow's breakfast. After wrapping up my day by writing in my diary and having a call with my boyfriend, I went to bed feeling content and fulfilled.
